Whitehead Lectures

High school science teachers are invited to attend once-a-month lectures in the McGovern Auditorium at the Whitehead Institute. The seminar series take place from October to May on the first Monday of each month, at 4:00 p.m.

Each year the lectures are centered on a general topic of interest to teachers. This year's lecture series is entitled Controlling Genes. Participants attend a faculty lecture and meet with a science partner for dinner. The partner is a young Whitehead research scientist who will serve as a resource for you throughout the year.
